Tradition
Tradition means we keep on doing things that have worked. It doesn’t mean we are tied to the past. It means we are learning from it. We know from experience that tradition and innovation are a potent mix.
TRADITION: STANDING UNDER THE ARCH
The ancient Romans had a tradition. Whenever an engineer constructed an arch, he stood under it to prove its quality.
At BA our traditions go back 100 years. Skills developed before the Great War, honed and developed down the years and still practised today, side by side with state-of-the-art computer generated imaging and other technologies.
A renewed business strategy, investment in plant and machinery, refined and developed procedures and processes and a shared vision for the future since the arrival of new management at the end of 2009 have added further value.
We call that the BA way of doing things. We use the latest technologies along with wisdom and experience built up over decades.
We encourage and promote an interactive and collaborative approach to product design and innovation, building partnerships with client companies’ own designers.
This approach, built and honed over the years has led to us to ensure we place our customers at the centre of what we do. How do we know what they want? Because we stand there with them.
Call that tradition? We do.
