Selfie Mad for the World Cup

The world cup is done and dusted and what a blast we had with it. Encouraging staff and dealers alike to send in weird and wonderful selfies, we were amazed at the response.

To create a truly unique competition BA decided that they would send out World Cup inspired T-shirts and encourage people to get their selfie taken with the T-shirt on.

Sales & Marketing Director at BA Components David Caulfield told us; “We wanted photos that were wacky, crazy and all around fun.” With the effective use of social media, BA created a hash tag #BrazilBA14 and watched their engagement online soar on both Facebook and Twitter.

With the selfies coming in thick and fast, it has been hard for BA Components to decide a winner. Ultimately they decided to crown Sean Mc Crory their Footie selfie winner 2014.
