Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Retail Kitchen Sales Designer to join our innovative and dynamic team at BA Components. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in crafting bespoke, functional, and visually stunning kitchen designs for our retail customers. You will engage with clients remotely, offering expert design advice, creating tailored proposals, and ensuring seamless customer journeys from concept to completion. The role requires knowledge of kitchen design principles, an understanding of different kitchen styles and materials, and experience using Winner software.

• Client Consultation: Collaborate with retail customers remotely; understanding their unique needs and preferences to create customised kitchen
designs. Provide guidance through every step of the design and ordering process.
• Design Creations: Utilise Winner CAD software to create precise, aesthetically pleasing kitchen layouts that balance both form and function.
• Quotations and Proposals: Produce detailed quotations that encompass all customer specifications, ensuring accuracy.
• Expert Guidance: Offer expert technical advice and design recommendations, helping customers achieve their ideal kitchen vision.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer
satisfaction.
• Trend Awareness: Stay current on the latest trends in kitchen design, materials and technologies, ensuring our designs area always innovative and
cutting-edge.
• Self-Driven Performance: Demonstrate a proactive and motivated approach, capable of working independently or within a team environment.
• Documentation and Administration: Maintain accurate design records, quotations, orders and other relevant documentation using Excel and other office
software
• Adherence to Systems: Follow internal processes and procedures to ensure the highest standard of work and customer experience

Experience / Skills Required

 

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and KPI’s within the kitchen industry
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly via email and phone calls.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, with a strong understanding of kitchen design principles.
  • In depth knowledge of kitchen components, technical aspects and design/installation specifications
  • Ability to work from scaled drawings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking and maintaining customer data and design history

Desirable Attributes:

·         Proficient in Compusoft Winner CAD software

·         Practical experience in high-end kitchen design, with a portfolio showcasing your design capabilities
