BA Makes Two Key Appointments

BA, one of the UK’s leading manufacturer of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom doors, cabinets and components, has strengthened its management team with two new significant appointments.

Graham Carse joins as Product Manager while James Harris is the company’s new Chief Operating Officer who both bring a combined 55 years’ wealth of knowledge and production experience to the company.

Bringing a dynamic mix of product development skills and market expertise, Graham has worked for over 30 years’ in the KBB industry. Having previously been employed at Magnet, Spring Ram, MFI and Homebase, Graham most recently spent 6 years at Benchmarx where he developed the trade kitchen portfolio.

Speaking on his new role, Graham commented, “I’m thrilled to join BA who have impressed me with their determination for growth through new products and service enhancements. With their state-of-the-art production facilities, I believe there is great potential and I’m looking forward to the challenge.”

With a background in engineering, James has 25 years of global supply chain experience, across several manufacturing environments. For 6 years James was COO at Berghaus and then worked as a consultant with private equity-backed businesses. These most recent roles have enabled James to bring extensive comprehension of product management, sourcing, logistics and demand management for his new role at BA.

James commented “What really appeals to me about BA is the combination of passion and dynamism that exist in the organisation, allied to a determination to get the job done.  This is a business that has clear objectives and has set about achieving those with real purpose. My role will cover all operational functions including the Procurement, Production, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and I am looking forward to bringing my experience into the tasks at hand.”
