BA Components are staunch supporters of their Dealer Network and will only supply product through recognised, registered dealers who have been approved to sell and market the By BA collection.

- A dedicated customer service team based at both our locations waiting at the end of the phone line, to offer, advice, help and information as and when required.
- A research & development facility with design centres at both locations, working to ensure the products offered and at your disposal are not only the best available but lead the market in design and creativity.
- BA Live a fully interactive on line service specifically developed to enable our dealers to place and track orders within our production system. BA Live is easy and straightforward to use, is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and makes the process of managing both your orders and account simple and effective.
- 7 day lead time on all made-to-measure orders and 48hours on Pronto stock range.
- Full marketing and advertising support for the brands and the dealer network.
- Free of charge brochures for all brands within our collections.
- Customer visits and staff training can be arranged to both sites.
