Important! Short term Bella lead time adjustments in place from 22nd April

Important short term lead time adjustment.

22nd April 2016

The new automated store and router complex at BA Cookstown has now been installed and when initial ‘bedding in’ and software problems have been resolved it will improve capacity greatly and improve service levels to all BA Dealers.

We are hopeful of reaching that position quickly with a large project team working constantly to reach full capacity as soon as possible.

In the meantime and until further notice we have to increase our Bella lead time from 7 to 10 working days.

Zurfiz, Glidor and Pronto lead times are unchanged at 7 days and 48 hours respectively.

We apologise for the inconvenience this will cause short term and appreciate your assistance and cooperation at this time.

While it is no consolation to you at the moment the substantial investment made will quickly improve capacity, allow us to maintain the highest quality levels in the industry and as a result further enhance the service we offer to all our dealers.

This truly is ‘short term pain for long term gain’ and we thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
